Proudly Neurodivergent (ND)

First diagnosed in 2016 with Autism, and later assessed for ADHD, Sara-Louise has lived adult life with a constantly evolving and developing understanding of herself, her diagnoses and her (sometimes) disabilities. Sara-Louise feels lucky to be in a minority of ND people who have had the privilege of enjoying successful full time work and now to own her own businesses; now as a self employed person and employer she wants to do all she can to bring opportunities to other ND people.

And now, an Author!

As part of their exciting and dynamic partnership, Built to Diverge, Sara-Louise and her writing partner Bontle Senne published their first book, The ND Lovers Club, in 2025.
