DEIB Communication Specialist

In Person    |    In Conversation     |     Online

As a specialist with significant public speaking experience and a wide network of clients who have worked with me to inform, educate and upskill their workforces, I talk about my personal experience of being autistic with ADHD; neurodiversity from a personal and professional perspective; diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging (DEIB); and domestic abuse awareness in the workplace.  The previews below provide a brief insight into my work in each of these areas.

“A really interesting session, very informative and a great speaker”

“Totally blown away by Sara’s keynote speech.  Her speech describing her experience of being wired differently was just so inspiring and honest.”

“Feedback was highly positive, and Sara gave some incredibly helpful insights.”

“I have never related more to a speaker or their content.  Utterly brilliant.  Thank you”

Proudly Neurodivergent (ND)

First diagnosed in 2016 with Autism, and later assessed for ADHD, I have lived my adult life with a constantly evolving and developing understanding of myself, my diagnoses and my (sometimes) disabilities. I am lucky to be in a minority of ND people who have had the privilege of enjoying successful full time work and now to own my own businesses; now as a self employed person and employer I want to do all I can to bring opportunities to other ND people.
